Your tasks

The scope of duties includes studies on infrastructures for road traffic as well as the realisation of these infrastructures. As a project manager, you are responsible as the client for the entire process according to SIA 103 and 112 of mobility infrastructure projects and for ensuring that the results meet the objectives set by the office and that the requirements regarding quality, deadlines, and costs are adhered to. You also exercise supervisory authority on behalf of the state over the cantonal mobility infrastructures.

Desired profile

• Master’s degree (University, ETH or University of Applied Sciences) in Civil Engineering or equivalent education and experience
• Training and professional experience in the management and planning of mobility infrastructure projects
• Experience with studies and monitoring the realisation of mobility infrastructures
• Excellent analytical skills and systemic thinking
• Sense of organisation and planning
• Creativity in solving technical problems related to civil engineering
• Knowledge of public procurement procedures
• Experience in quality management
• Skillfulness in drafting texts
• Proficiency in German or French with good knowledge of the partner language
