Your Tasks
- Holistic and individual care of our clients based on nursing standards and rules within the framework of SGB XI and V care
- Preparation of care plans, carrying out documentation and evaluation according to SIS documentation
- Conducting consultations with our clients regarding care situations, prophylaxis and specific care issues
- Cooperation with various interfaces such as doctors, therapy, day care facilities
Your Profile
- Successfully completed vocational training as a geriatric/health nurse (m/f/d)
- You recognise the needs of the residents and respond appropriately
- Ability to cooperate with all other professional groups
- Interest and willingness to actively shape process-oriented workflows
- Team spirit, reliability, commitment, flexibility
- Willingness to take on weekend duties
