Your main tasks:

Support during inspection rounds
Spot cleaning, tidying up, and waste disposal
Accompanying craftsmen
Small repair work and support during moves
Handling customer inquiries
Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Ordering and replenishing consumables as well as maintaining lists

Your profile:

Training as a facility maintenance specialist or several years of professional experience in caretaking or logistics
Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
PC skills
Driver's license class B is an advantage
High customer orientation, strong quality awareness, and independent working style
Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
