Job Description

Your Tasks:

• Independent handling of all import and export declarations
• Support and advice to our customers to ensure the highest service quality and expand business relationships
• Correspondence with customs offices and coordination with business partners and our worldwide branches to guarantee smooth processes
• Design and implementation of tailored procedures (SOPs) to achieve agreed KPIs and optimize process quality

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, preferably in forwarding or customs clearance
• At least 2 years of professional experience in customs, federal certificate as customs declarant or foreign trade specialist is an advantage
• Structured and quality-conscious working style
• Strong customer orientation and teamwork skills
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are mandatory (minimum level B2)
