About the job
Your ambition – our mission.
As one of the leading Microsoft partners in the DACH region, we passionately digitalise business models. With Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, we enable companies and organisations to purposefully develop customer relationships, simplify processes, and make data-driven decisions – across industries in manufacturing, trade, non-profit, education, and the service sector.
To strategically advance our growth in the Customer Experience (CRM) area, we are creating a new key role at executive level. As Sales Executive CRM, you will be a member of the CRM executive management (EXEC) and report directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for incoming orders in new customer business – while simultaneously building the future sales organisation aligned with the company and department strategy.
We make ambition work.
You will lead qualified leads and opportunities to closure and be responsible for new customer revenue in the CRM/Customer Experience business – focused, committed, and on equal footing with decision-makers. At the same time, you will shape the sales organisation of tomorrow.
Your responsibilities:
- Closing ownership: You take responsibility from the qualified opportunity to the signed contract – in direct business as well as formal tenders (RFP). Your standard is closing excellence for sustainable customer projects.
- Consultative selling at C-level: You understand your customers’ challenges, translate them into viable solution approaches, and orchestrate the right advisors and subject matter experts at the appropriate time during the sales process.
- Own opportunity generation: In addition to incoming inquiries, you actively develop your own sales opportunities – through networks, industries, and partners.
- Microsoft co-sell: You expand collaboration with the Microsoft sales organisation and strategically use the partner ecosystem to accelerate pipeline and deals.
- Building & leading the sales organisation: From day one, you actively shape the future sales organisation, recruit your team, and lead it both professionally and disciplinarily – aligned with the company and department strategy.
- Pipeline & forecast discipline: You maintain pipeline and forecast accurately in the CRM, derive measures from it, and create transparency towards executive management.
- Executive responsibility in EXEC CRM: As a member of the CRM executive management, you help shape the sales and department strategy – with genuine co-determination and scope for design, along with the corresponding assumption of responsibility.
What’s your ambition?
You bring the following:
- Proven solution sales: You have successfully sold complex business application or CRM/SaaS services (e.g. Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar).
- Closing excellence: You convince not by activity but by results. You can demonstrate your track record of won deals and your win rate.
- C-level maturity: You act credibly at executive level – through seniority, industry and process understanding, and a reliable network.
- Leadership drive: You want not only to close deals but also to build and lead a sales organisation – and bring the entrepreneurial mindset for it.
- Cross-vertical understanding: You feel comfortable in our core industries in the upper mid-market (manufacturing, trade, non-profit, education, service providers) or quickly familiarise yourself.
- Languages: Very good German and good English skills.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel within Switzerland and Germany (approx. 20–40%).
Your perspective:
You start with a clear mandate to build and shape – as an executive position based in the CRM executive management. With your success, your area of responsibility will grow: from building the first team to scaling the entire sales organisation. You will shape this area from the outset.
