Behind our technical solutions is a strong team: Around 35 employees from administration, sales, technology, development and support work together to ensure everything runs smoothly for our customers.

With us, you can expect a varied working day with exciting technical challenges. You will work closely with our technical and support team, get to know different systems and gradually build up your technical knowledge.

Your tasks

During your three-year training, you will get to know the versatile world of information and communication technology. Among other things, the following tasks await you:

• You install, configure and maintain PC touch cash registers, tablets, printers and other IT devices.
• You support our employees and customers with questions about hardware and software.
• You analyse technical problems and help find suitable solutions.
• You set up workplaces, devices and user accounts.
• You learn to handle operating systems, networks and various software solutions.
• You assist with the installation, maintenance and updating of cash register systems.
• You gain insight into our cash register systems and payment solutions and learn about their technical interrelationships.
• You document your work and learn to record technical processes clearly.
• You work with our technical and support team and gradually take on your own tasks and responsibilities.

What you bring with you

• You have completed compulsory schooling and have good academic performance.
• You are interested in computer science, computers, technology and digital solutions.
• You enjoy understanding technical contexts and solving problems.
• You think logically, are curious and like to find out how something works.
• You work carefully, reliably and independently.
• You are patient and helpful and enjoy helping other people.
• You are communicative, enjoy working in a team and approach people openly.
• You have good German skills in spoken and written form.
