Receptionist / Receptionist

If you also want to make a difference in people’s lives, these are your tasks:

• Professional reception and information hub for patients, relatives, hospital visitors, and employees
• Administrative tasks in front and back office such as telephone switchboard, cash management, mail dispatch, internal mail distribution, etc.
• Support for other departments, e.g., taking over tasks at the emergency reception
• Shift work between 6:15 a.m. – 9:45 p.m., weekend shifts as well as night shifts in rotation

This is how you convince us:

• Completed training (commercial or hospitality), preferably with at least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, foreign languages (especially English and/or French) highly desired
• Good PC user skills
• Resilient, precise, and team-oriented personality who keeps an overview even in hectic situations and is not afraid to approach people
