The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. Health Specialist 60 – 100 % – Trainer/Coach Possible
Do you want to shape the everyday life of our residents – especially people with dementia – with heart and professional competence and promote new talents? Then we are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as
Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You care for and accompany our residents with dementia sensitively and appreciatively in their home.
- You competently implement nursing measures and support the residents in daily life activities.
- You regularly take on daily responsibility and support your colleagues in everyday nursing.
- You observe changes in health status, pass on relevant information and document carefully in the nursing process.
- You work in early and late shifts until 21:15 and promote interdisciplinary collaboration.
Our requirements:
- You have completed vocational training as a Health Specialist EFZ.
- Ideally, you have professional experience in long-term care / gerontopsychiatry and enjoy working with elderly people.
- You have experience in the application of RAI LTCF.
- You are confident in using IT systems and have good oral and written German skills.
- You have interest and aptitude as a trainer/coach and ideally have the corresponding further training or are willing to complete it.
