What to expect
- Claims processing and benefit verification of outpatient Spitex cases (KVG/VVG) according to legal, contractual and internal regulations
- Careful documentation of the reviewed cases and achieved results
- Independent handling of written enquiries from customers and service providers
- Participation in the development of technical solutions and further development of the area by creating and optimising specialist requirements, concepts or instructions
- Development of internal regulations to increase efficiency and optimise automated processing
- Support of the team as a nursing specialist
- Cross-team collaboration with various interfaces
What you bring
- You have successfully completed your training as a certified nursing professional (HF/FH)
- You have several years of experience in nursing, preferably Spitex, and are familiar with the administrative processes of health insurance companies
- You have knowledge in the field of health insurance or are willing to acquire it
- You have excellent German language skills in spoken and written form. Additional language skills (E, F, I) are an advantage
- You work independently and reliably, are a team player and resilient
