Your Tasks
- Nursing management of a general psychiatric ward including active participation in inpatient patient care
- Responsibility for duty planning, personnel deployment as well as efficient absence and substitution management
- Promotion of employee motivation, team cohesion and interdisciplinary collaboration in the multiprofessional environment
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, internal guidelines, nursing guidelines and quality standards
- Ensuring high nursing and process quality as well as coordination of patient-oriented care
- Management and implementation of projects as well as active shaping of innovative nursing concepts
- Support and representation of the nursing service management in strategic, organisational and site-related nursing tasks including temporary overall responsibility for nursing processes
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse or health and nursing professional
- Successfully completed studies in nursing management, further training as a specialist for management tasks (FLP) or comparable leadership training
- Several years of management experience in the psychiatric environment as well as sound understanding of psychiatric care and work areas
- Confident handling of modern leadership and management methods in healthcare
- Strong cooperation skills, empathy and appreciative communication in the multiprofessional team
- High flexibility, commitment as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system within a psychiatric facility
