For a general practitioner’s practice, we are looking for a motivated and committed Medical Practice Assistant (MPA) EFZ (m/f/d) who masters the daily practice routine with heart, humour and organisational talent.

Medical Practice Assistant

• Reception and care of our patients
• Telephone operation and appointment scheduling
• Assistance with medical examinations and treatments
• Carrying out blood sampling, injections and vaccinations according to qualification
• Laboratory work and performing rapid tests
• ECG, lung function and other diagnostic examinations as needed
• Management and maintenance of electronic medical records
• Administrative tasks, billing and service recording

• Completed training as Medical Practice Assistant EFZ / Medical Practice Assistant EFZ
• Professional experience in a general practitioner’s practice is an advantage
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Friendly, empathetic and professional demeanour
• Independent, reliable and structured way of working
• Team spirit and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Good PC skills and experience with practice software is an advantage
