Site Manager Installation Zurich 100% (m/f/d)

YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Shaping the strategic further development of our site as well as actively driving the sustainable expansion of our service portfolio in the market
• Responsibility for the economic management of the site and achieving the budgeted key figures regarding turnover, gross profit, and contribution margin
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of direct reports including developing, planning, allocating, managing, and recruiting personnel resources in the area of responsibility (including trainees) approx. 180 employees
• Strategic management and successful implementation of projects ensuring deadlines, quality, and cost targets as well as leading offer, awarding, and contract negotiations
• Responsibility for financial management and project controlling including planning, reporting, key figure management, and ensuring target achievement
• Responsibility for the sustainable development of customer and stakeholder relationships as well as active market cultivation from new customer acquisition through acquisition and offer processes to the maintenance of long-term partnerships

YOUR PROFILE

• Technical or business administration training with appropriate further education
• Several years of successful leadership and management experience with result responsibility as well as sound experience in project management
• Ideally experience in electrical installation, electrical system construction, building technology, or a related technical industry
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications 
• Negotiation skills as well as assertiveness
• Strong personal and communicative skills with high customer orientation, negotiation confidence, self-motivation, and a convincing and authentic appearance
