About the job

Your mission within our Manufacture

• Analyse and manage supplies according to the production plan
• Place purchase orders, record confirmations and manage price variances
• Manage supplier portfolios, track orders, follow up with partners as needed and handle contingencies
• Organise and prepare supplier visits
• Monitor performance indicators (KPIs)
• Request quotations and update purchasing data
• Lead the continuous improvement of the Purchasing / Supply department

Your profile and skills

• Federal VET Diploma in Logistics and/or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Significant experience (minimum 2-3 years) in a similar role within an industrial company
• Very good command of IT tools and ERP, ideally SAP
• Rigorous and organised person with an analytical mind and problem-solving skills
• Initiative and proactive attitude
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
