Algewa AG is a small company in mechanical manufacturing, known for the highest precision and quality. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Production Manager Mechanical Workshop who optimises and further develops our production processes with passion and expertise.

Tasks

• Leadership and support of production
• Production planning including tool purchasing and management
• Calculating quotations in the milling sector
• Independent programming with Mastercam
• Processing of individual parts as well as small and medium series in the milling area
• Management of clamping devices and measuring instruments

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic with several years of experience
• Leadership experience or willingness to take on a leadership role
• Knowledge of Heidenhain controls is an advantage
• Several years of experience in CNC milling (5-axis)
• High sense of responsibility
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
