To complete its therapeutic team, the Foundation is looking for a:

Nurse at 60%

Your mission:

• Be responsible for monitoring and preventing the health of residents.
• Train, advise and support educators in carrying out delegated medical acts.
• Ensure direct liaison between general practitioners and specialists, hospitals, palliative care teams, pharmacy, and external care providers OSAD (home care organisations).
• Implement preventive, promotional and training actions in the field of hygiene and health.
• Perform nursing care and/or acts when necessary.

Your profile:

• HES nursing diploma or equivalent qualification recognised by the CCT.
• Specific skills related to physical disability issues.
• Knowledge or experience of PPH methodologies and systemic approaches.
• Experience in an institutional context would be an asset.
• Organisational skills, flexibility and adaptability.
• Proactivity, sense of responsibility and autonomy.
• Ability to communicate and ease in contacts.
• Good knowledge of IT tools and proficiency in Medhive software would be an asset.
• Available from Monday to Sunday, regular recurrence every 3 weeks.
