About the job
Spitex Regio Liestal supports and accompanies people in 16 municipalities of the region – directly in their own homes. Our goal is for our clients to live as independently as possible in their familiar environment for as long as possible.
To strengthen our teams, we are looking for a reliable and open-minded person for housekeeping.
Housekeeping Staff

- You support our clients in managing their household and cleaning their home
- You involve the clients according to their abilities and thus promote their independence in everyday life
- You meet different people and life situations openly and respectfully
- You notice changes in our clients and pass on important observations to the team
- You document your assignments and exchange information with the team leader and other professional groups if necessary
- You work independently with our clients in the region – and at the same time are part of a team
What you bring with you
You do not need training in the health sector for this role – career changers are also warmly welcome.
What is important to us is that you
- have experience in household management
- enjoy contact with people and approach different life situations openly
- work reliably, carefully and independently
- are attentive and notice changes
- can communicate well in German
- hold a category B driving licence
What you can look forward to
- Plannable working hours: your duty roster is set 6 weeks in advance
- Good compatibility: fixed days off or workdays are taken into account where possible; half working days are also possible
- 25 to 30 days of holiday – depending on age
- 15 minutes paid break after 4 hours of work
- For work trips with a private car, you receive CHF 0.70 per kilometre
- CHF 40.– standby allowance for short-notice cover according to company regulations.
