What you will achieve with us

• Overall project management: Thanks to your solid experience, you take full responsibility for demanding architecture and interior architecture projects in existing properties – from the initial idea to realisation. You lead projects with a volume from around CHF 4 million with clarity, structure and foresight.
• Cost and schedule management: You take over cost and schedule management and ensure that costs, deadlines and quality remain in harmony at all times.
• Preparation of project documents: You are responsible for the entire project documentation in collaboration with the project team.
• Contact person for the client: You are the central contact person for the client, accompany decision-making processes on an equal footing and build trust throughout the entire project duration.
• Team spirit: You steer and coordinate interdisciplinary teams and ensure that all involved pull together. In doing so, you strengthen your environment, further develop employees in the team and actively shape the collaboration and culture of our company.

Qualifications

What you bring

• Solid professional experience: You have at least 5 - 8 years of experience in managing complex projects and necessarily have experience in Switzerland. You know the relevant SIA phases as well as the Swiss norms and standards and move confidently within them. In addition, you have a degree in interior architecture or architecture.
• Project and professional competence: You bring pronounced skills in design, execution and overall project management of complex interior fit-out projects.
• Working style: You work in a structured way, like to take responsibility and have a high standard for quality and design, combining these with your proficient technical and constructive knowledge.
• Personality profile: You are a communicative personality who holds project teams together, makes clear decisions and deals confidently with various stakeholders.
• Programme and language skills: You have good knowledge of project and construction management tools, Creative Adobe, MS Office and preferably ArchiCad. In addition, you have very good German skills in spoken and written form. Good English skills in spoken and written form are an advantage.
