About the job
Are you handy, work independently and enjoy ensuring that buildings and facilities are clean and well maintained? Then we are looking for you!
Your tasks:
- General cleaning work in buildings and facilities
- Cleaning of stairwells, offices, sanitary facilities and common rooms
- Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work
- Care and inspection of indoor and outdoor areas
- Disposal of waste and ensuring order and cleanliness
- Support with general janitorial duties
- Checking technical equipment and reporting faults
- Seasonal assistance with winter services and outdoor work
Your profile:
- Experience in cleaning, janitorial work or building maintenance is an advantage
- Handy skills and technical understanding
- Independent and reliable working style
- Physically fit and resilient
- Good knowledge of German
- Friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to work
