We are looking for the summer season (April or May 2026) for a:

MOUNTAIN HOST flexible 20 - 80% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Active guest guidance for a safe and exciting stay
Responsibility for a positive guest experience
Personal guest advice and information
Raising guest awareness of rules, safety, and behavior on the mountain
Assistance with order and cleanliness

What you bring

Joy in dealing with guests from all over the world and a strong host mentality
Communicative, resilient personality with natural assertiveness
You approach guests openly and remain courteous, calm, and firm even in critical situations
You are open to using digital tools in everyday life and occasionally support guests with bookings or changes in the reservation system
Articulate: good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
Friendly, well-groomed appearance
Independent working style as well as high flexibility and resilience - also with irregular working hours, on weekends and public holidays
