We are looking for a graduate apprentice.
Your tasks
- Planning and conducting chemical experiments in collaboration with chemists and engineers in process development and scale-up
Collection and evaluation of process data on a laboratory scale (0.5–5 liters)
Support of process transfers and scale-ups in our multipurpose plants
Analysis and characterization of chemical products
Independent and solution-oriented work within projects
Maintenance and further development of the laboratory equipment park as well as supervision of laboratory automation systems
Guidance and training of new team members (apprentice laboratory technicians)
Qualifications & Experience:
Training as a laboratory technician EFZ
High motivation to promote a safety culture
Extensive experience in laboratory synthesis as well as handling production processes
Proactive working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
Very good German or English skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and affinity for computer-controlled laboratory equipment
Experience in flow chemistry, laboratory automation and/or NMR spectroscopy is an advantage
