Emergencies
Vista Alpina patients: are always accepted during consultation hours by telephone appointment.
New patients: The Vista Alpina Eye Clinic reserves daily emergency slots for referring general practitioners. We always try to accept emergencies whenever possible. In case the demand exceeds the available emergency slots, we refer to the on-duty Valais emergency eye doctor.
Telephone availability
For all patients: The Vista Alpina Eye Clinic is reachable by phone from Monday to Friday during regular consultation hours until 5:30 pm at T. 027 946 70 00 (Visp) and at T. 027 455 34 04 (Siders). In urgent emergencies, we are usually available from Monday to Thursday until 7:30 pm and on Saturday until 12:00 pm at T. 027 946 70 18 (Visp) and T. 027 455 34 21 (Siders).
