About the Position

As an AI Implementation Specialist, you will be the central interface between the IT department, asset management, and the specialist departments, taking on the following tasks:

Your Tasks

• Process Analysis & Prompting: You understand the current banking processes and logically translate them into structured instructions for Claude.
• Prototyping & Coding: You programme scripts and evaluate specific AI use cases by directly testing on the system.
• Security & Compliance: You develop secure guidelines for AI usage with the internal IT team to ensure sensitive customer data is always protected.
• System Setup & Implementation: You actively build the AI system, conduct comprehensive tests, and integrate the solution into daily work routines.
• Knowledge Transfer & Support: You act as a cross-departmental contact person and show the various teams how to use the AI optimally.

Requirements

• Education: Ongoing or completed studies in the IT field.
• AI Expertise: Practical experience with Anthropic Claude, prompt engineering, and API usage.
• Tech Stack: Basic programming skills (e.g. Python, JavaScript/TypeScript) as well as understanding of IT infrastructures (cloud/on-premise).
• Subject Knowledge: Affinity and good basic understanding of financial topics.
• Languages: Confident German (at least B2) and very good English (C1).
