About the job
From December 2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for you to support and complement our motivated team.
Tasks depending on the professional profile
- Independently managing a station/section under the guidance of the head chef or the head of the house or their deputy (deployment on all stations must be ensured)
- Competent in international and Swiss cuisine
- Mise en place and preparatory work
- Implementation of the specified workflows in the respective shifts
- Compliance with internal service and quality standards, hygiene, HACCP, and safety regulations
Profile
- Experience and completed professional training as a cook
- You have a flair for refined, efficient cooking and experience in upscale gastronomy
- Flexible, resilient team player with initiative and sensible prioritisation of tasks
- Enjoyment in dealing with demanding national and international guests
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are an advantage
- Impeccable appearance and a well-groomed exterior
