Who we are
Since 2014, Neo Vista has been designing and delivering high-end interior renovation and fit-out projects for clients including 10 five-star hotels and 14 municipalities such as Lausanne and Geneva.

We coordinate numerous trades to deliver complex projects on time and with a high level of finish. To support our growth, we are looking for the person who will take charge of managing our sites and teams mainly in Geneva and partially in the Lake Geneva region.

Your role
An evolving position: initially, you will be present on site alongside the team. Then your role will gradually evolve towards full project management.

• Plan and coordinate construction sites: internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers
• Be the main point of contact for clients during the works
• Monitor deadlines, orders, budgets and quality of execution
• Supervise, motivate and develop the team
• Update projects in our management tool
• Participate in the execution of works (decreasing as development progresses)

Your profile

• Proven experience in construction management or site supervision, ideally in interior renovation, within a general contractor or an architectural firm. Or project management in another field.
• Training ideally in construction (CFC, federal diploma, ES technician or equivalent)
• Field leader: you know how to unite a team and correct when necessary
• Highly organised, reliable, rigorous in follow-up: nothing escapes you
• Committed for the long term and established in the region
• Comfortable with digital tools
• Driving licence; valid work permit (B, C or G) or nationality from the Schengen area.
