What you will do with us:
<p align="left" data-mce-="">As a team leader, you will take charge of your electrical planning team.</p><p align="left" data-mce-="">You will supervise 3-10 employees and together you will work on challenging and interesting projects of all kinds with a lot of variety.</p><p align="left" data-mce-="">Your daily work will include, among other things:</p><ul><li>Leading your electrical team (3-10 people)</li><li>Resource planning for your team in coordination with the site managers in Zurich and Lucerne</li><li>Active development of the quality assurance system, as well as supporting its implementation in projects</li><li>Development and promotion of employees in their career paths</li><li>Full cost responsibility within the team, regarding fees, supplements, billing and external services</li><li>Assisting with the introduction and further development of the BIM method in the company</li><li>Managing demanding projects as project manager or overall project manager</li><li>Leading internal or external specialist planners such as lighting, AV, door specialist planning</li><li>Entrepreneurial action within the project</li><li>Collaboration with the HVAC departments to continuously improve planning services</li></ul>
What you bring:
<ul data-mce-=""><li data-mce-="">Basic training as an electrical planner EFZ or electrical installer EFZ<br></li><li data-mce-="">Several years of professional experience in electrical planning</li><li data-mce-="">Leadership experience of a small team is an advantage</li><li data-mce-="">Customer-oriented with a strong sense of quality</li><li data-mce-="">Resilience, flexibility, team orientation and communicative personality</li><li data-mce-="">Quick comprehension<br data-mce-=""></li><li data-mce-="">Practical approach, negotiation and communication skills</li><li data-mce-="">Networked thinking and solution-oriented action</li><li data-mce-="">Team player and experienced in dealing with people</li></ul>
