That’s why we are looking for you as
You will support us in the following activities:
- Assisting residents at the counter and on the phone
- Managing the resident, voting register and dog control
- Contributing to other administrative tasks
Your commitment with us:
- Wednesday & Thursday mornings
- Friday until counter closing (with annual working hours and pleasantly regulated counter opening times)
- Additionally, you are flexible when the team needs coordination – whether swapping shifts or stepping in spontaneously. We rely on each other.
Your backpack is filled with:
- A commercial basic education and ideally professional experience in resident registration or a similar role. We also welcome motivated returnees from public administration
- German at native speaker level and a clear, confident style of expression
(you hit the right tone – both written and spoken) - Foreign language skills? Very welcome when dealing with our residents
- Knowledge of the Innosolv system is a plus – not a must, we will gladly show you how it works
