The Bannau retirement home in Weinfelden offers 29 elderly people, who are still largely independent or require light care, a loving new home.

To complement our team, we are looking for a Head of Care and Support / Deputy Home Manager 80% starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• You recruit, lead, plan, and develop the employees in the care and support area
• As a contact person for residents and relatives, you organize and coordinate the daily business for an optimal care process
• You share responsibility for achieving qualitative and economic goals
• In the absence of the home management, you take over responsibility and lead in their interest
• You conduct reports and team meetings

Your Profile

• Education at tertiary level as a nursing specialist and further training in leadership or willingness to complete this
• Authorization to practice as a nursing specialist
• High professional, social, and leadership competence
• Stable, loyal personality with a strong sense of quality
• A warm and professional approach within the team and with contact persons
