Your tasks:

• Ensuring the transmission of relevant data to the transport service provider (SAP, email)
• System-based creation and supply of orders
• Recording orders from our depositaries in the ERP system (containers)
• Creating labels (containers) and delivery documents (bulk/containers)
• Creating transport documents and authorisations for export traffic
• Handling various administrative tasks (bulk, containers, homecare)
• Managing the diesel filling station including invoicing to the transport service provider
• Preparing scheduled tours for homecare drivers according to the transport service provider and homecare internal service specifications as well as daily debriefing of the tours (homecare)

Your profile:

• Completed vocational training (commercial clerk, logistician, road transport dispatcher) and professional experience in transport logistics
• Experience in international transport / customs clearance desired
• Proficient in using Office applications and SAP
• Very good German skills spoken/written, English/French spoken an advantage
