Responsibilities

In this role, you advise and support companies and private individuals on commercial law issues. You manage mandates independently, think entrepreneurially, and contribute with a service-oriented and committed working style to creating sustainable added value for our clients.

Your main areas of activity include in particular:

• Execution of M&A transactions, including contract negotiations, coordination, and legal due diligence

• Corporate housekeeping for companies and corporate groups

• Clarification of complex legal issues, especially in the area of corporate law

• Drafting and reviewing contracts between shareholders, especially shareholder agreements

• Advising start-ups, investors from foundation to exit

• Advising SMEs on succession planning and restructuring

Qualifications

• Good academic record and Swiss bar admission

• Professional experience in a commercial law firm or a comparable position

• Very good German and good English skills

• Interest in economic contexts as well as corporate law and M&A-related issues

• Understanding of corporate law and economic contexts in the entrepreneurial environment

• Independent, precise, and solution-oriented working style

• Professional appearance and enjoyment of direct contact with clients
