POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a Passionate Events & Banquets Supervisor with a love for hospitality and excellent service to join our Food & Beverage team.
A true hands-on leader, you will be at the heart of organising and ensuring the success of our events. You will supervise operations, support the teams, and ensure each guest enjoys a smooth, elegant, and memorable experience.
Your responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth running of events, meetings, conferences, cocktails, and banquets.
- Coordinate service teams to guarantee seamless and impeccable delivery.
- Check the setup of rooms, furniture, and equipment according to client requirements and establishment standards.
- Be present with clients and respond professionally to their special requests.
- Ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, safety, and presentation standards.
- Participate in training, supporting, and motivating operational teams.
Your profile
Beyond experience, we are primarily looking for someone passionate about hospitality, service, and creating exceptional experiences.
- Proven experience in banquets, catering, or hotel operations.
- Successful initial experience in supervision or team management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service orientation.
- Natural leadership, organisational skills, and team spirit.
- Flexibility, commitment, and able to invest effort when activity demands, while benefiting from quieter periods during the year to regain balance.
- Ability to perform well in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- Fluent French and professional English.
