Are you technically skilled, enjoy working directly on machines and systems, and like to pass on your knowledge to customers and partners? In this versatile role, you combine demanding service assignments with international technical support and practical training.

Responsibilities

• You undertake service and commissioning assignments on technically sophisticated machines and systems at home and abroad.
• You systematically analyse faults and independently and professionally carry out repairs and maintenance work.
• You support customers and international service partners with technical queries and assist with suitable solutions even for complex fault patterns.
• You conduct practical product training for new and existing service partners and convey technical contexts clearly and application-oriented.
• You prepare training content and conduct refresher and advanced training sessions with international partners.
• You impart your know-how in mechanics, hydraulics, electrical engineering, maintenance, and systematic fault finding.
• You document service cases, findings, and solutions comprehensibly and provide relevant information to internal specialist departments.
• You actively contribute your experience from service and customer contact to the further development of processes and standards in international customer service.

Requirements

• You have completed technical training, for example as a polymechanic, agricultural or construction machinery mechanic, vehicle technician, or in a comparable profession, ideally supplemented by further education at HF or FH level.
• You bring several years of practical experience in technical customer service, assembly, commissioning, or maintenance of machines and systems.
• You are well versed in mechanics and hydraulics and ideally have basic knowledge of electrical engineering and control technology.
• You work independently, analytically, and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex technical situations.
• You present yourself confidently and professionally to customers and international partners and communicate technical matters clearly.
• You enjoy passing on your expertise and practically guiding others in technical topics.
• You have good German and/or English skills; additional foreign languages are welcome.
• You have a high willingness to travel for international assignments of around 30–60% and are flexible, reliable, and resilient.
