In our oncology secretariat in Burgdorf, we are a well-coordinated team working with great commitment, empathy and professionalism. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement. The position is initially limited to six months, with the option to extend.
Your responsibilities
- You enjoy your work: You warmly welcome our patients
- You bring order to everyday life: You coordinate the consultations and ensure smooth appointment scheduling
- You keep an overview: You organise examinations, prepare patient summons and carefully maintain medical documentation
- You strengthen our processes: You prepare the tumour boards organisationally and ensure a structured procedure
- You take care of the essentials: From ordering to material management – you ensure everything is ready
- You handle the administration: You manage correspondence with health insurance companies and process cost approval requests. You enjoy writing reports
- You work precisely: The billing of reports and tumour boards in IBI Care is your responsibility
- You are our voice to the outside: On the phone, you come across as empathetic, competent and professional
What you bring
- A basic medical or commercial education with additional training as a medical secretary or MPA.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and experience in transcription from dictation.
- Proficient use of PC and common programmes
- You are a team player, resilient and enjoy working with and for people
