Your Tasks
- Implementation of holistic and patient-oriented care
- Observation, documentation and evaluation of the care process
- Support with basic and treatment care
- Accompanying patients in everyday life as well as to therapies
- Communication with relatives and those affected
- Planning and conducting group activities
- Promoting a conscious approach to illnesses through individual counselling
- Operation of medical devices and aids
- Confident handling of clinical documentation and IT systems
Your Profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse, geriatric nurse or health and nursing professional
- Professional experience in geriatric or palliative care is an advantage
- Beginners and returnees are warmly welcome
- Empathy, sense of responsibility and sensitivity
- Ability to work in a team and resilience in everyday clinical work
- Willingness for professional and personal development
