Your Tasks
- You lead the AVOR & Production Planning department with professional and personnel responsibility
- You continuously develop our capacity and resource planning and create transparency for well-founded decisions
- You ensure economical, realistic, and timely production planning
- You analyse key figures, identify optimisation potentials, and implement improvements sustainably
- You coordinate the production programme and ensure high planning quality along the entire value chain
- You lead the daily planning meeting and work closely with production, logistics, sales, and quality
- You actively contribute to digitalisation and improvement projects and help shape our processes with a future-oriented approach
- You are responsible for the QM documentation in your area
Your Profile
- Technical education EFZ, ideally in the food industry, with further training BP/HF/FH or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in AVOR, production planning, or supply chain management
- Leadership experience with enthusiasm for employee development
- High IT affinity and experience with ERP, production, and planning systems
- Structured, solution-oriented working style with pronounced organisational talent
- Assertiveness, high social competence, and strong sense of responsibility
- Analytical, networked thinking with quality awareness and focus on sustainable process optimisation
