- Familiarity with SAP Commerce, Hybris, and Solr is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.

About the job
You work 80-100% in Zug or partially remote
This position offers you
- You continuously develop our eCommerce platform – the core for our brand presence, B2C webshop as well as our B2B business portal
- You drive the design and implementation of our scalable, robust eCommerce platform in Angular (SAP Spartacus) and Java (SAP Commerce Cloud / Spring)
- You help shape the architecture of our modern eCommerce platform – based on a REST backend service and a SPA frontend (Angular-based)
- You ensure the highest quality and security standards – through clean software design, automated tests, lean documentation, and the courage for continuous improvement
- You work in an agile Scrum team with a true DevOps mindset and take responsibility from idea to operation
- You work closely with architects and product owners in a SAFe environment
- You are interested in new technologies and purposefully integrate them into our web landscape to drive innovation
You bring the following to the position
- You have solid knowledge in software development with Java (Spring) and Angular
- Ideally, you have experience with SAP Commerce / Hybris, SAP Spartacus, and Solr
- You have extensive experience in the DevOps environment – from introduction through further development to stable operation
- You are interested in modern web topics and eager to learn relevant technologies
- You hold a degree in computer science or a similar technical field, complemented by several years of professional experience
- You work result-oriented, pay attention to the highest quality, and are characterized by strong implementation skills
- You can communicate very well in both German and English (spoken and written)

V-ZUG Software Engineering
V-ZUG Software Engineering is a division within the Technology Department. In close collaboration with innovation development, product management, IT, production, and other departments, we are responsible for the software of our household appliances in the kitchen and textile sectors. Furthermore, we design the digital channels such as the V-ZUG Home App, the V-ZUG Diagnosis App, VZUG.com, as well as our IoT platform, through which external partners are integrated into our ecosystem.
As a software team, we accompany our products throughout the entire lifecycle – from the first idea to operation.
