When production is at rest, you ensure that everything remains clean and hygienic! You take the lead of our cleaning team during the night shift and ensure that our facilities meet the highest hygiene standards. With your commitment, you lay the foundation for a safe and smooth start to production the next day.

Your tasks

• You lead and coordinate 29 cleaning staff at two production sites
• Check and monitor the hygiene status of the production facilities and ensure hygiene standards
• You plan, coordinate and control the daily and periodic cleaning tasks
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hygiene plans and operating rules
• Optimise the use of cleaning chemicals, water and personnel
• You accompany the commissioning of new facilities and ensure compliance with cleaning requirements
• Carry out microbiological and chemical controls and initiate appropriate measures in case of deviations
• You are responsible for the cleaning budget and ensure economical use of available resources

Your profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience in cleaning, ideally in the food industry or a comparable sector
• At least 2 years of leadership experience and the ability to motivate and lead employees in a goal-oriented manner
• Very good German skills, spoken and written
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Team spirit and enjoyment of working in a multicultural environment
• Your own vehicle, as this is essential for the role
• Willingness to work regular night shifts as well as day and weekend shifts
• You convince through motivation, initiative and reliability.
• An efficient, careful and precise way of working as well as a strong hygiene and quality awareness complete your profile.
