Introduction
We are establishing a new Spitex in Zurich-Oerlikon, and we are looking for you: You will help us build the nursing team and shape the care from the very beginning. Start date by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• You bear the overall professional responsibility for nursing and make independent decisions on specialist matters.
• You provide care yourself, about half of your time, and spend the other half on leadership, quality, and administration.
• You build and lead the nursing team.
• You ensure the nursing process from needs assessment to documentation.
• You are the professional contact person for doctors, health insurers, and authorities.

Your Profile

• You have a diploma in nursing HF/FH or DN II (foreign qualifications with SRK recognition).
• You have a professional practice permit from the Canton of Zurich or will obtain it.
• You bring at least 2 years of nursing experience, ideally in Spitex.
• You have leadership experience or further leadership training.
• You are familiar with billing according to KVG/KLV.
• You speak very good German (C1); an additional language is a plus.
• You have a category B driving licence.
