We are looking for someone to start immediately or by arrangement:
· Independent export/import processing, creating and registering freight orders
· Complete order processing including quotation preparation, order processing, and shipping
· Responsible for telephone service and reception
· Organization of marketing activities such as trade fairs, customer events, etc.
· Various administrative tasks
· Processing correspondence in German and English
· Commercial basic training
· Preferably experience in the export sector
· Solid IT skills (MS Office)
· Knowledge of ERP (Abacus) is an advantage
· Very good German and English in spoken and written form
· You are a team player, flexible, and motivated
· You enjoy working independently and accurately
