PROJECT MANAGER: NATIONAL ROAD CONSTRUCTION REGION GERMAN-SPEAKING SWITZERLAND
80-100% - ZURICH or CHUR

YOUR TASKS:

• Responsible for the successful execution of demanding projects in national road construction throughout German-speaking Switzerland
• Leading interdisciplinary project teams: managing and coordinating teams from various specialist areas
• Close collaboration with our experts from across Switzerland to develop and implement the best and most sustainable solutions
• Supporting and promoting young employees through coaching and targeted development measures within projects
• Acquisition of new projects and client care: securing new projects and maintaining relationships with public clients

YOUR OPPORTUNITIES:

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed studies in civil engineering (ETH, EPFL or University of Applied Sciences).
• Native German speaker or at least C1 – confident in spoken and written language.
• Several years of experience in planning and managing construction projects in national road construction
• Sound knowledge in leading and coordinating interdisciplinary teams as well as Swiss standards and project procedures
