This position offers you
- You take on the technical responsibility for the manufacturing processes in small parts production and ensure that equipment and operating resources are always in perfect condition
- You create, optimize, and maintain equipment, system, and CNC programs (e.g., bending, labeling, or machining programs) to ensure reproducible quality and efficient processes
- You support machine operators and supervisors in case of malfunctions, analyze causes in a structured manner, derive effective measures, and plan and coordinate maintenance and servicing work with internal and external partners
- Together with the team leader, you develop measures to optimize equipment and manufacturing processes, keep process stability, quality, deadlines, quantities, and costs under control, and accompany subprojects and working groups
- You develop and maintain equipment, training, and process documentation, train employees in a targeted and practical way, and take on technical leadership in daily business
- You are the first point of contact for your team, promote and develop employees in technical matters, and live the company and leadership principles as a role model
- You actively shape the shop floor, bring transparency to deviations, prioritize measures, and drive improvements forward
You bring the following to the position
- You have completed a vocational apprenticeship EFZ, ideally in a mechanical or industrial environment, and bring solid experience in manufacturing or process responsibility
- You work in a structured, methodical, and data-based manner and use numbers, facts, and contexts purposefully for well-founded decisions and sustainable solutions
- You convince as a resilient, assertive, and team-oriented personality. You consciously take on responsibility – and you deliver reliably
- You have potential for a future team leader role and are ready to gradually take on more leadership responsibility, ideally complemented by further education at the HF level or willingness to do so
- You use IT systems confidently and naturally, especially SAP and related systems
- You enjoy working in a team. Knowledge exchange, mutual support, and shared success are not just phrases for you but part of your daily work approach
- You have very good German skills (at least C1/C2) and communicate clearly, directly, and solution-oriented – at all levels
