Your main tasks
- You take on tasks according to your strengths and are responsible for central administrative and organizational areas within the school leadership duties.
- You complement the leadership of the primary and secondary levels.
- You actively help shape a future-oriented, innovative school.
- You promote a learning organization where teamwork, reflection, and further development are a matter of course.
- You bring in new ideas and set impulses for a school that is oriented towards the needs of today’s and tomorrow’s children and young people.
- You take responsibility in a leadership team that relies on trust, openness, and joint learning.
Your profile
- You have experience in the school sector and have completed school leadership training or are willing to complete it.
- You bring pronounced organizational skills, work in a structured, forward-looking, and solution-oriented manner.
- You think in networks, quickly grasp complex contexts, and keep an overview even in demanding situations.
- You appreciate working in a diverse, urban environment and bring openness to different perspectives.
- You communicate clearly, appreciatively, and possess team spirit, humor, and flexibility.
- You lead with attitude: participative, transparent, and development-oriented. You promote personal responsibility, strengthen collaboration, and build trust.
