What you achieve

• As part of our team, you ensure that financial information is accurately recorded, processed, and reported
• You contribute to the preparation of IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER financial statements, regulatory reporting, and management reports
• You play a key role in the quality and reliability of our monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• You support finance integration and accompany the implementation of a modern group-wide financial platform
• With your eye for efficiency, you propose improvements and drive the automation and further development of our closing processes

What you bring

• Completed studies (HF, FH, university or ETH) with a focus on accounting, controlling, or finance, or an equivalent education or training in finance and accounting
• Experience in accounting as well as solid knowledge of closing and reporting processes
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP financial applications, preferably SAP R/3, S/4HANA, and BW/4HANA
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills are advantageous
