Your Area of Responsibility
- Contact person for property owners and management companies
- Handling of free preventive pipe inspections
- Advising existing customers on property value preservation
- Acquisition of new customers
- Preparation of quotations and maintenance contracts
What Defines You
- Experience in field sales is essential
- Completed training or professional experience in the property sector
- Craftsmanship skills
- Negotiation skills and customer-oriented manner
- Experience in using modern communication tools and common computer programmes (MS Office)
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Residence in the city of Zurich, on the left side of Lake Zurich, or in the immediate vicinity
- Valid driving licence category B
