As a Technical Project Manager SAS, you are the technical spearhead in the implementation of highly complex secondary technology projects for 380 kV and 220 kV switchgear at our client. You combine deep technical expertise with strong project management skills and ensure the highest quality and safety.
Your main tasks
- Preparation of technical specifications for new Substation Automation Systems (SAS) for 380 kV and 220 kV switchgear
- Ensuring the correct implementation of requirements and applicable technical standards by suppliers during realisation
- Review of technical project documents and quality assurance during design phase, FAT, SAT and commissioning
- Technical support of project management and coordination of stakeholders in the project environment
- Support of overarching decisions on strategic and technical issues (protection, control technology and cyber security)
Your profile
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification with in-depth expertise in Substation Automation Systems (protection and/or control technology)
- At least 8 years of experience in planning, designing, realisation, development or operation of Substation Automation Systems
- Sound knowledge of electrical engineering and high-voltage technology
- Structured and independent working style with pronounced analytical and abstract thinking skills
- Ability to confidently interpret and assess drawings, schematics and complex technical contexts
- Team-oriented, communicative and motivated personality with high reliability
- Good knowledge of MS Office as well as engineering tools (Engineering Base, Visio, AutoCAD advantageous)
- Languages: Very good German and English skills; French skills are a plus
