The Enforcement Team in the Secretariat of the Parity National Commission (PLK) in Bern at the Wittigkofen location is looking for a
Specialized Clerk 80-100%
due to an extended maternity leave, limited for 1 year
Your responsibilities
In this role, you are responsible for the implementation and enforcement of collective labor agreements (GAV). You oversee the controls to ensure compliance with the GAV, assess the control results, and in case of violations of GAV provisions, prepare the corresponding decisions. You process the control files punctually and independently. In addition, you advise and work closely with the control bodies and the regional parity commissions and provide competent information. You continuously ensure your expertise by documenting it accordingly.
Your profile
- A solid legal basic knowledge (CAS/DAS Paralegal / equivalent training) or a higher technical or commercial education with professional experience
- Experience in the field of collective labor agreements and labor law is an advantage
- Interest in collective labor relations and the political system of Switzerland
- You are an organized and committed personality with a quick grasp
- Confident in using MS Office, very good German (spoken & written) and good knowledge of French
