Crystal Travel AG supports corporate clients in planning and organising their business trips. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys customer contact. Career changers are also welcome with us.

Your tasks

• Organise and book business trips – from flights and hotels to car rentals and train journeys.
• Advise and support our corporate clients personally by phone and email.
• Find suitable solutions for last-minute changes.
• Carefully prepare and check offers and travel documents.

As a career changer, you will be gradually introduced to these tasks.

What you bring

• You have high standards for quality and service and work carefully and reliably.
• You are motivated, eager to learn and interested in the travel industry.
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and think in a solution-oriented way.
• You communicate in a friendly and professional manner and enjoy working in a team.
• You have good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• You are looking for a long-term role in which you want to develop professionally.

Experience in the travel industry and knowledge of Sabre are advantageous but not a requirement. What matters to us is your motivation, willingness to learn and sense of responsibility.
