Your tasks
- Supporting residents in their daily lives and personal skills development
- Designing and implementing the internal daily structure
- Planning and conducting leisure activities
Your profile
- Completed training as a care specialist or as a health specialist, nursing specialist DN 1 or equivalent
- Experience working with people with a mental impairment
- Flexibility and ability to empathetically respond to constantly changing situations and personalities
