- Enjoy regular daily working hours from Monday to Friday – your day off is ideally on Wednesday
This is what you bring with you
- Completed training as a care specialist or health EFZ or equivalent qualificationExperience in accompanying people with complex support needs, preferably also in dealing with challenging behavior
- Independence, calmness, and solution orientation, even in demanding situations
- Enjoyment of genuine teamwork in a small, committed team
- Basic MS Office skills and openness to administrative tasks
