Head of Accounting (m/f/d)

- Leading the accounting team and responsibility for the entire accounting department
- Managing and supporting fiduciary mandates
- Close collaboration with management and advising clients on tax matters
- Continuous optimisation of processes and quality assurance
- Performing year-end closing tasks and preparing tax returns
- Maintaining and expanding client relationships
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial training with further education in fiduciary or accounting (fiduciary certificate or finance and accounting)
- Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary environment
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, accounting software)
- Independent, structured, and precise working style
- Confident German and good English skills
