To cover a longer absence in our HR team, we are looking for a committed, independent and service-oriented individual to actively support us during this period.
The private-sector SGV Holding AG comprises four subsidiaries. The group is a leading tourism company operating shipping on Lake Lucerne as well as various restaurants and hotels in Central Switzerland. It is also active in shipbuilding.
Your area of responsibility
In this versatile role, you will take on all operational HR tasks together with the HR team:
- Processing monthly payroll
- Supporting and accompanying the recruitment process from job posting to hiring
- Preparing employment contracts, references and other HR documents
- Administration of entries, exits and changes
- Support with absence management, social insurance and other personnel processes
- Participation in various HR projects and administrative tasks
Requirements profile
- Completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in operational HR
- Sound knowledge of payroll processing as well as Swiss labour and social insurance law
- Very good user knowledge of SwissSalary
- Experience in recruiting and personnel administration
- Independent, structured and reliable working style
- High discretion as well as strong service and team orientation
